The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy applies to the main Sensaria web site (“Site”) www.sensaria.com as well as related Independent Representative sites accessed at www.sensaria.com.
Terms of Use
The Site is operated by Joy's Pride, Inc. ("Sensaria"). By using this site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed on the site. In no event will Sensaria be liable for any damage or cause of any kind based upon or resulting from any use or inability to use the Site.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and using any personal information you provide responsibly. By accessing and/or using this Website, you consent and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. By purchasing goods and/or using services following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree to all such changes.
Collection and Use of Information.
If you contact us, submit ideas to us or request to be contacted by a Consultant, we collect "Personally Identifiable Information" from you which may include name, email address, postal address and telephone number. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may change or supplement this Privacy Policy from time to time and we will post revised versions of this Policy on the Site. Privacy Policy changes will apply to the information collected from the date we post the revised Privacy Policy to the Site, as well as to existing information held by us. Anti-Spam Policy
Sensaria strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk email (spam). Sensaria prohibits engaging in any of the foregoing activities by using the service of another provider, remailer service, or otherwise.
